Privacy
SuperDL is built around a simple rule: the Worker resolves direct media URLs, and your device downloads the media. This page explains what information is processed when you use the website, Shortcut, or resolver API.
Media handling
SuperDL does not store, proxy, cache, merge, or transcode videos in the Worker. Video URLs are returned to your device as direct download options. Your device then downloads the selected media directly.
URL and request processing
When you submit a URL, SuperDL processes the submitted public post URL, basic request metadata, client type, Shortcut version when provided, and operational timing/status information. This is used to resolve media, protect the service, investigate abuse, and diagnose failures.
Operational logs
The resolver may write minimal success or failure logs without direct media URLs. Logs are intended for reliability, abuse prevention, debugging, and cost/rate-limit enforcement.
Email requests
If you request the Shortcut by email, SuperDL processes your email address to send the Shortcut link and important service updates. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. Do not submit someone else’s email address without permission.
Bot checks and rate limits
SuperDL may use Cloudflare services, rate limits, bot checks, and budget gates to reduce abuse and automated scraping. These providers may process request metadata according to their own policies.
Supported content limits
SuperDL only supports public X/Twitter status URLs in this first version. Do not submit private links, credentials, cookies, tokens, passwords, paywalled media, or other restricted content.
Copyright and abuse reports
Information submitted through copyright or abuse reports may be used to investigate, disable access, create blocklist rules, enforce Terms, or respond to legal requests.
